Hon Dr Shane Reti: I am advised by the Ministry for Pacific Peoples (the Ministry) that the following directorates underwent a 30% or more reduction of FTEs as a result of its 2024 organisational change process: - Pacific Languages & Identities – reduced by 16 FTE - Policy & Strategy – reduced by 19 FTE - Data & Insights – reduced by 9 FTE - Office of the Secretary – reduced by 12 FTE - Commissioning – reduced by 23 FTE - Partnerships – reduced by 28 FTE - Corporate Services – reduced by 13 FTE Note: The Ministry’s new organisational structure from 1 July 2024 now has four directorates, as the listed directorates were merged.
