52315 (2025). Tangi Utikere to the Minister for Workplace Relations and Safety: What percentage of sites visited by Road Controlling Authorities (RCA) receiving notification of possible overuse of road cones were assessed as being under-compliant and how does that breakdown by RCA?

Hon Brooke van Velden: I am advised that of the sites visited by RCAs as a result of notifications to the road cone hotline, 2.5% have been found to have insufficient use of road cones.
