52314 (2025). Tangi Utikere to the Minister for Workplace Relations and Safety: How many Road Controlling Authorities have adopted the New Zealand Guide to Temporary Traffic Management and which authorities are yet to do so?

Hon Brooke van Velden: I am advised by WorkSafe New Zealand that all Road Controlling Authorities (RCAs) are expected to submit a transition plan to the New Zealand Transport Authority by December 2025 to show how they plan to transition to New Zealand Guide to Temporary Traffic Management, with expectation for adoption by July 2026.
