52241 (2025). Hon Ginny Andersen to the Minister of Justice: How many hours has Sunny Kaushal worked on matters related to the Ministerial Advisory Group for Victims of Retail Crime since June 2024 to date?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: The Chair of the Ministerial Advisory Group for Victims of Retail Crime records time worked on a daily rate. Therefore the Ministry of Justice therefore does not hold this information on an hourly basis. I am advised that the Chair of the Ministerial Advisory Group for Victims of Retail Crime invoiced for 247 days of work in the 2024/25 financial year, and 93 days of work from 1 July 2025 to 31 October 2025.
