52226 (2025). Hon Ginny Andersen to the Minister of Police: Who made the decision that the falsified alcohol breath tests applied will not be reviewed?

Hon Mark Mitchell: I am advised that Police reviewed the breath screening test data that was identified as potentially falsified or erroneously recorded. As a result of this review, approximately 120 staff were identified for further scrutiny and are now subject to internal disciplinary processes.
