52196 (2025). Steve Abel to the Minister of Climate Change: What advice, if any, has the Minister received on whether the new 2050 methane target mean that the planet will be warmer than it otherwise would have been under the previous targets, if not, why not?

Hon Simon Watts: I received a range of advice on the potential impact of the new 2050 target. This included temperature impact modelling of different target options.
