Teanau Tuiono to the Minister for Māori Crown Relations: Te Arawhiti: Does the Minister agree with reports from the People’s Action Plan Against Racism in Aotearoa, Te Hunga Rōia Māori o Aotearoa and the Aotearoa Centre for Indigenous Peoples and the Law that the Governments reforms are racially discriminatory and in breach of the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination and if so why and if not why not?
