52173 (2025). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: How many Kāinga Ora tenants, if any, have been given notice that they will need to leave their home because it will be put up for sale since 1 July 2025 and how many have moved house so far?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advise me that 253 tenancies received notices to end their tenancy due to divestment between 1 July 2025 and 30 September 2025, and 210 tenancies were ended due to divestment between 1 July 2025 and 30 September 2025.
