Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister for Social Investment: How many staff employed at the ministries, agencies and departments for which the Minister is responsible have signed non-disclosure agreements since 27 November 2023, listed by agency, role title and the date the agreement was signed, if any?

Hon Nicola Willis: I have been advised that no staff at the Social Investment Agency (nor the Social Wellbeing Agency) have signed non-disclosure agreements since November 2023. However, those staff of the Agency who are required to access the Stats NZ Integrated Data Infrastructure and those staff who require access to Budget sensitive information sign specific agreements relating to the information they need to view and work with as part of their role.
