Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister for Land Information: How many staff employed at the ministries, agencies and departments for which the Minister is responsible have signed non-disclosure agreements since 27 November 2023, listed by agency, role title and the date the agreement was signed, if any?

Hon Chris Penk: I have been advised by my officials at Land Information New Zealand (LINZ) that two staff members signed non-disclosure agreements. These were signed on the 8 August 2024. To be protect their privacy, it would not be appropriate to disclose the role they hold with LINZ.
