Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Housing: How many staff employed at the ministries, agencies and departments for which the Minister is responsible have signed non-disclosure agreements since 27 November 2023, listed by agency, role title and the date the agreement was signed, if any?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that they are providing a response based on the number of staff only who have signed non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), which is zero. As Kāinga Ora have confidentiality provisions in their employment agreements, they do not require NDAs in addition. Kāinga Ora is not including any personal grievance mediation settlements. I am informed that no non-disclosure agreements have been entered into by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development with a previous or current employee since 27 November 2023.
