Hon Dr Shane Reti: I am advised by the Ministry of Health that since 27 November 2023, it has signed one non-disclosure agreement. This was signed on 27 January 2024. The Ministry is unable to provide the role title given its employer obligations to maintain the privacy of the individual involved.
