Hon Nicola Willis: For the Treasury, in relation to employment matters, there has been one confidentiality agreement signed since 27 November 2023. This was signed on 3 May 2024 and the person's role title was Analyst. The Reserve Bank of New Zealand – Te Pūtea Matua has three staff who have signed non-disclosure (standard confidentiality provisions) since 27 November 2023. To protect the privacy of natural persons, the job titles are unable to be released. The dates of signature are 8 December 2023, 2 March 2024 and 22 March 2024.
