Hon Simeon Brown: As Minister for Energy, I have no responsibility for any government departments or Ministries. In respect of the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment, I refer the Member to the Minister for Economic Development’s answer to written parliamentary question 52028(2024). In regards to the independent crown agency, the Energy and Efficiency Conservation Authority, I am advised that none of their staff have signed non-disclosure agreements since 27 November 2023.
