52024 (2024). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Defence: How many staff employed at the ministries, agencies and departments for which the Minister is responsible have signed non-disclosure agreements since 27 November 2023, listed by agency, role title and the date the agreement was signed, if any?

Hon Judith Collins: I am advised that there have been two former members of the NZDF who have records of settlements with confidentiality provisions: Friends and Family Coordinator, signed 17 June 2024; and, Executive Staff Officer, signed 17 May 2024. No staff have signed non-disclosures agreements in the Ministry of Defence since 27 November 2023.
