Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Agriculture: How many staff employed at the ministries, agencies and departments for which the Minister is responsible have signed non-disclosure agreements since 27 November 2023, listed by agency, role title and the date the agreement was signed, if any?

Hon Todd McClay: I am advised that the Ministry for Primary Industries does not have non-disclosure agreements, however, MPI has had some settlements agreed with employees between 27 November 2023 and 22 August 2024.
