Ingrid Leary to the Minister for Mental Health: Does the Minister agree with Porangahau School principal Julie Scandrett that, as her students' behaviour had changed since the cyclone, mental health programmes should be rolled out to all cyclone affected schools; if so, what, if anything, will he do to address this?

Hon Matt Doocey: I am advised that a range of mental health services and supports for children and young people are available for free in Hawke's Bay, including specialist infant, child and adolescent mental health services provided by Health New Zealand, and the youth Access and Choice primary mental health and addiction services provided by Te Taiwhenua o Heretaunga.
