51938 (2024). Hon Priyanca Radhakrishnan to the Minister for Disability Issues: How will the Enabling Good Lives programme funding be allocated while the expansion of the programme is on pause?

Hon Louise Upston: The budget for Enabling Good Lives (EGL) sites for 2024/25 is set through the same process and using the same calculations as for NASCs. Each NASC and EGL site will receive an annual spending amount that is part of the total funding available to be allocated by NASCs and EGL sites. The amount each NASC or EGL site has to spend is proportional to the level of its spending in the previous financial year. Each NASC and EGL site will have a higher amount to allocate than in any previous year.
