51883 (2025). Hon Jan Tinetti to the Minister for Workplace Relations and Safety: How many, if any, workplace fatalities were reported to WorkSafe during the week of October 27th 2025?

Hon Brooke van Velden: I am advised that WorkSafe New Zealand received two fatality notifications between 27 October and 2 November. They are yet to be assessed to see if they meet WorkSafe's reporting criteria.
