Hon Judith Collins: A New Zealand delegation will be attending the review of its 23rd and 24th reports under the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination (CERD) in Geneva on 25-26 November.
Neither I nor my office has contributed to the government’s position on this review.
