Hon Andrew Hoggard: • The Minister of Justice is leading the delegation to New Zealand’s review of its 23rd and 24th reports under the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination (CERD) in Geneva on 25-26 November. • Neither I nor my office has contributed to the government’s position on this review.
