51732 (2025). Teanau Tuiono to the Minister for Emergency Management and Recovery: What contributions, if any, has the Minister or any office they are responsible for made to inform the Governments position on the upcoming United Nations Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination (CERD) in its 23rd and 24th periodic UN reviews by date and title?

Hon Mark Mitchell: A New Zealand delegation will be attending the review of its 23rd and 24th reports under the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination (CERD) in Geneva on 25-26 November. As Minister for Emergency Management and Recovery, neither I nor my office has contributed to the government’s position on this review.
