51722 (2025). Steve Abel to the Minister of Climate Change: Were any scenarios developed for beyond 2030 for the new methane targets and adoption of potential technologies, if so, what did the scenarios show?

Hon Simon Watts: I considered a range of advice on the feasibility of different target options. This included the level of abatement that could be achieved by 2050 with the current pipeline of agricultural emissions reduction technologies.
