Hon Dr Shane Reti: The CFO reports to the Chief Executive of Health New Zealand, who, under delegation, is responsible for the employment of Health NZ’s staff. Health NZ is a Crown entity, with clear statutory governance arrangements, and it would not be appropriate for me as Minister to comment on any individual employee or employment relationship.
