51697 (2025). Camilla Belich to the Minister for ACC: What is the total floor area and annual cost of all office space currently leased or owned by each agency for which the Minister is responsible, and what proportion of that space is currently occupied by staff?

Hon Scott Simpson: ACC advises me it has leased 60,847.94m² of office space at an annual cost of $24,888,278.63. Three premises in Dunedin have been vacated ahead of their leases expiring following consolidation in the newly constructed 'Ōtepoti' building, whilst all other office spaces are currently occupied by staff.
