51665 (2025). Camilla Belich to the Minister for Economic Growth: What is the total floor area and annual cost of all office space currently leased or owned by each agency for which the Minister is responsible, and what proportion of that space is currently occupied by staff?

Hon Nicola Willis: With regard to agencies, I am responsible for as Minister for Economic Growth I am advised that: • the total owned and leased office area is 98,064.06m² • the total annual rent is $39,520,366.98 plus GST I am further advised MBIE does not have the technology systems to measure actual building occupancy at any specific point in time. MBIE currently has 'no vacancy' within the portfolio.
