51623 (2025). Camilla Belich to the Minister of Revenue: What is the total floor area and annual cost of all office space currently leased or owned by each agency for which the Minister is responsible, and what proportion of that space is currently occupied by staff?

Hon Simon Watts: Inland Revenue leases 63,812m² of office space as of 31 October 2025. The total annual cost of all office space from 1 November 2024 to 31 October 2025, is $24.058m and is inclusive of rental for leased area, carparks, storage space and operating costs. Of the total leased space 97.33% is currently occupied by staff.
