Hon Dr Shane Reti: I am advised by the Ministry for Pacific Peoples (the Ministry) that the Ministry is in negotiation for a new Co-Location Agreement at Te Iho House. • The total cost per annum is $407,264.00 and term is 15 years. • The total floor area is 783.20 m2. • Current Occupancy is 50%.
