Hon Dr Shane Reti: I am advised by the Ministry for Pacific Peoples (the Ministry) that the total floor area of all office space currently leased by the Ministry is 1,332.84 m2. The total annual lease cost of all office space is $712,373.52. The Ministry co-locates with other government agencies, and the proportion of that space currently occupied by staff at the Ministry’s four separate office locations is as follows: • Northern Office – 40% • National Office – 50% • Central Office – 20% • Southern Office – 10%
