51611 (2025). Camilla Belich to the Minister for Māori Development: What is the total floor area and annual cost of all office space currently leased or owned by each agency for which the Minister is responsible, and what proportion of that space is currently occupied by staff?

Hon Tama Potaka: I am advised by Te Puni Kōkiri that as at 3 November 2025, its total floor area for national and regional offices is 6665.14sqm with total annual rental costs of $4,815,592.67. All offices are occupied by staff. Additionally, Te Puni Kōkiri also leases 2 premises (Kaikohe and Ohakune) on a per desk basis. Total costs are included in the above annual figure.
