51534 (2025). Camilla Belich to the Minister of Conservation: What new or renewed office leases have been entered into since 1 January 2024 by any agency for which the Minister is responsible, if any, and for each lease, what is the total cost, term, floor area, and current occupancy rate?

Hon Tama Potaka: The list of office leases that I am advised the Department of Conservation has entered since 1 January 2024 is attached, with corresponding cost per annum, term, and floor area. I am further advised that the Department does not collect occupancy rate data as measured by the average number of staff at a site each day over a period of time.
