51524 (2025). Camilla Belich to the Minister for Children: What new or renewed office leases have been entered into since 1 January 2024 by any agency for which the Minister is responsible, if any, and for each lease, what is the total cost, term, floor area, and current occupancy rate?

Hon Karen Chhour: I am advised that Oranga Tamariki have entered into 11 office leases since 1 January 2024, replacing old leases. I am also advised that further details regarding these leases are unable to be provided due to commercially sensitivity, and therefore as per Speaker’s Ruling 199/6 it is not in the public interest to provide this information. I am further advised that Oranga Tamariki does not hold data regarding the ‘occupancy rate’ of its offices.
