51501 (2025). Camilla Belich to the Minister for Regulation: What new or renewed office leases have been entered into since 1 January 2024 by any agency for which the Minister is responsible, if any, and for each lease, what is the total cost, term, floor area, and current occupancy rate?

Hon David Seymour: Information about the Ministry for Regulation’s office leases since its establishment on 1 March 2024 is available in the Ministry’s responses to post-hearing select committee estimates questions from July 2025, available on the Parliament website. Officials also advise that details regarding the lease term and associated costs are published in the Financial Statements section of the Ministry for Regulation’s Annual Report, released in October 2025.
