Hon Erica Stanford: I am advised by the Ministry of Education that the $39.4 million spent on school property projects referenced in the Government’s 20 July 2025, Beehive press release titled “Infrastructure projects to drive jobs and growth” is broken down as follows: • $27.9 million on construction • $9.4 million on fees (including design, project management, consents, and related services) $2.1 million not separately identifiable from the project cost reports. However, this amount was used across construction, design, project management, and other associated activities. Further breakdown is not held by the Ministry in a way that is readily reportable in the timeframe available to respond to written parliamentary questions.
