51423 (2025). Tangi Utikere to the Minister of Transport: Further to his response to WPQ 50090 (2025), what criteria were used to determine the sequencing of the Northland Corridor stages?

Hon Chris Bishop: NZTA advises me that it considered when and how the outcomes (including resilience, economic benefits and safety) could be delivered across the corridor, road user experience and consistency of staging with existing planning information.
