Hon Chris Bishop: I am advised that over the past five years, approximately $3.43 million has been spent on maintenance of the Brynderwyn Hills section of State Highway 1. Based on local knowledge and categorisation of maintenance activities, planned maintenance accounts for approximately $2.39 million and reactive maintenance is estimated at approximately $1.05 million. These figures are indicative and reflect the best available categorisation of maintenance activities over that period.
