51394 (2025). Hon Julie Anne Genter to the Minister of Transport: Has he received any advice that the second Mount Victoria Tunnel and Basin Reserve changes alone will have time saving of 10 minutes on commuter journeys, and if so, what is the title and date of this advice?

Hon Chris Bishop: No. The advice received has outlined that modelling for the entire State Highway 1 Wellington Improvements shows travel times from the Wellington region to the central city, hospital, and airport reducing by up to 10 minutes at peak times.
