Hon Mark Mitchell: As the Minister for Emergency Management and Recovery, I regularly request and receive advice from officials on matters relating to my Emergency Management and Recovery portfolio. I did not receive any aides-mémoires, briefings, memos, notes, reports or any other advice from officials in the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) during the week beginning 20 October 2025. In addition, staff in my office may informally receive documents, including draft documents, from officials in NEMA and from other agencies, and from Ministers’ offices. This information is not held in a format that can be easily extracted within the time frame.
