Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: Further to his reply to Question 43309 (2025), how many housing places funded in Budget 24 have each strategic partner been contracted to deliver by 30 June 2026 and for each partner how many of those places will be leased from developers and how many build to own?

Hon Chris Bishop: Providers have not been contracted to deliver places by June 2026. The number of build-to-own and build-to-lease places with delivery dates before 30 June 2026, as advised by Strategic Partners. I refer the Member to the table provided.
