Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: How many community housing providers who have been allocated new social housing places funded through Budget 24 have confirmed their project delivery methodologies as at 23 October 2025 and for each such provider how many places will they build to own and how many will they lease?

Hon Chris Bishop: In accordance with Speaker's Ruling 210/6, it would require significant manual collation for officials review project methodologies for 1,500 social housing places and provide a breakdown of Build to Own/Build to lease for each provider. I do not consider the time and expense of answering the member’s question to be in the public interest.
