51025 (2025). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: How many, if any, of the 550 new social housing places in Auckland announced in Budget 2025 have been delivered as at 23 October 2025 and how does that number breakdown by ‘built to own’ and ‘built to lease’?

Hon Chris Bishop: Information about social housing delivery announced in Budget 2024 and 2025 is reported monthly and is publicly available on the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development’s website. I am advised that 27 places are build to own and 16 are build to lease.
