Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: As Minister Responsible for Ministerial Services I received a logistics briefing regarding a visit by the Qatari Prime Minister on 21 August 2024. The briefing was received on 16 August 2024 and was titled ‘Visit by His Excellency Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs - The State of Qatar’ In addition my office received two memos relating to the Ministerial Services portfolio in the specified period. The two memos were received on 15 August 2024 and were titled ‘Monthly Update on Services Supporting the Executive – Travel’ and ‘Monthly Update on Ministerial office workforce costs forecast’.
