Camilla Belich to the Minister for the Public Service: Has the Public Service Commissioner or the Public Service Commission sought or received any legal or constitutional advice regarding the impartiality and precedent of publicly advertising about ongoing collective bargaining, if so, from whom and at what cost?

Hon Judith Collins: In accordance with section 9(2)(h) of the Official Information Act 1982, the Public Service Commission does not disclose the legal advice it has sought or received, in order to maintain legal professional privilege.
