Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for the Public Service: Does she agree with Sir Brian Roche's comment that "We now have technology, which means you do not have to be physically present." and will she apply that standard to all public sector employees regarding work from home policies?

Hon Judith Collins: Sir Brian Roche was on annual leave as every employee is entitled to be. Given the importance of this issue, he made himself available and continued to lead key work.
