50889 (2025). Camilla Belich to the Minister of Justice: What board fee increases, if any, did the Minister approve in 2024, by organisation?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: The boards for which I hold legislative and appointment responsibility are Crown Entities and most have their remuneration set by the Remuneration Authority. However, I can advise that a fee adjustment was made for the Board of the Real Estate Agents Authority (whose fees are set under the Cabinet Fees Framework) in 2024. That matter was recommended by the Associate Minister of Justice (acting under my delegation) and approved by the Minister of Finance.
