Hon Chris Bishop: I approved board fee increases for National Infrastructure Funding and Financing Limited (previously Crown Infrastructure Partners) and Crown Infrastructure Delivery (formerly Rau Paenga Ltd) under the Crown Company Fees Methodology review in 2024. National Infrastructure Funding and Financing Limited Board member fees from $31,582pa to $54,810pa from 1 Jan 2025 Crown Infrastructure Delivery Board member fees from $38,500pa to $45,263pa from 1 Jan 2025 Chairs x2 and Deputy Chair x1.25 for all companies Fast-track expert consenting panels fees were reviewed in September 2024. A standing exception to fees was provided to pay Judges appointed as a panel chair their equivalent end daily fee as a Judge at the time of appointment, but not exceed the daily fee paid to a High Court Judge. If the Panel Convenor acts as a panel chair, they receive the Panel Convenor’s daily fee. Non-Judge panel chairs receive a maximum daily fee of $1200 and all other panel members can receive a daily fee of between $850 and $1100.
