Rt Hon Winston Peters: For the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade, I approve the following fees increases for entities subject to the Cabinet Fees Framework and that submit appointments to the APH: For Antarctica NZ: In 2025 the unit rates for Board member fees per annum increased by these amounts: Chair: from $22,000 to $48,000 Member: from $10,000 to $22,000 For Asia NZ Foundation: In 2025, Board member fees per annum increased by these amounts: Chair: from $11,225 to $20,000 Deputy Chair: from $6,9000 to $10,000 Audit and Risk Committee Chair: from $4,500 to $8,000 Board Member: from $4,500 to $6,667
