Hon Penny Simmonds: I have recently approved a review to the Environmental Protection Authority Board fees, which is in line with the new Cabinet Fee Framework. - Chair annual rate $53,000. The new fee is $96,700 per annum effective 1 December 2025 - Deputy Chair annual rate $33,125. The new fee is $60,375 per annum effective 1 December 2025 - Member annual rate $26,500. The new fee is $48,300 per annum effective 1 December 2025
