50820 (2025). Dr Lawrence Xu-Nan to the Minister of Education: What, if anything, is the Government doing to ensure school leadership has the capability to analyse data and use it for prevention of illness transmission?

Hon Erica Stanford: I am advised by the Ministry of Education (the Ministry) that schools have a range of resources to manage seasonal illnesses. The Ministry does not provide data to schools to analyse and prevent transmission of illnesses. The Ministry of Health is the responsible agency for preventing illnesses such as measles.
