Hon Penny Simmonds: I refer the Member to the attached table showing the commitments of providers delivering Level 1 & 2 qualifications in the Auckland region in 2025. The TEC does not collect information on the number of available learner places. The TEC funds on Equivalent Full Time Students (EFTS). The relationship between EFTS and learner places is not one-to-one.
